A working prototype as a credible development milestone

The prototype recognises the inserted product, continually assesses its cooking state and adjusts the process when required. Encrypted communication and anonymised storage protect the data. The work creates a foundation for better programme selection, fewer manual inputs and more consistent, data-led processes.

Funding creates room to innovate, but it is not guaranteed
