2. What this covers
We process data only to the extent required for the safe operation of the website, the handling of your enquiry or the AI strategy conversation. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Liechtenstein Data Protection Act apply.
3. Visiting the landing page
The landing page is provided via Lovable. When you visit, the technical service provider inevitably processes connection data such as IP address, browser information and the date and time of access, to deliver the website safely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the safe operation of the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Further information from Lovable: lovable.dev/privacy.
4. Getting in touch
If you contact us by email or via the enquiry form, we process the details you send us, in particular name, email address, company, telephone number and message. We use them solely to answer your enquiry or to prepare a conversation. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in communication under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
5. KI-Kompass and strategy conversation
The KI-Kompass is a digital strategy conversation. If you use it, we process your company details and your conversation inputs so that we can prepare an AI strategy draft, continue the conversation and prepare an initial assessment. Please do not share special categories of personal data or personal data of third parties in the conversation.
The result is an initial assessment and not an official EU score. No automated decisions with legal effect are taken. Any validation of an EU Digital Maturity Assessment is carried out by authorised EDIH.li staff.
6. Technical processing in the KI-Kompass
The KI-Kompass runs on infrastructure operated by MMIND at Hetzner in Germany and is managed via Coolify. The database and access control run on a self-hosted Supabase instance. Transmission is encrypted.
For the AI-supported evaluation, inputs are sent server-side via our own LiteLLM gateway to the language models in use. Depending on the task, a model from Anthropic or Mistral is used. Where data are processed outside the EEA, we use the contractual or statutory safeguards required for that. The legal basis for the strategy conversation is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for technical safeguarding and error analysis, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
7. Email sending and newsletter
For conversation requests, reports and other transactional messages we use Lettermint. Lettermint processes the details required for sending in European infrastructure. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
We send the MMIND.ai newsletter only after a separate, voluntary consent and subsequent confirmation by double opt-in. The confirmation email is sent via Lettermint. Only after the click on the encrypted confirmation link is the address entered in Listmonk. Listmonk manages confirmed subscriptions and unsubscriptions. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every issue. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
8. Cookies and local storage
The landing page currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. The KI-Kompass may store technically necessary information in the browser so that an ongoing conversation session can continue securely. This storage serves solely the function and security of the service. As soon as we use technologies that require consent, we will inform you before they are used and obtain the required consent.
9. Storage period
We store data only for as long as they are required for the respective purpose. Purely technical log data are deleted or anonymised on a regular basis. Details from an enquiry or a strategy conversation are kept for as long as handling, a subsequent collaboration or statutory retention duties require.
10. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw a given consent at any time with effect for the future. Please contact info@mmind.ai.
11. Right to complain
You can complain to the Liechtenstein Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your data breaches applicable data protection law.
12. Changes
We update this notice when the services we use or the legal requirements change. The current version is available on this page.
