A CV does not show a person’s full potential

Conventional job platforms primarily compare titles and keywords. Transferable skills, motivation, values and desired impact can remain invisible.

How RheinTalent adds value

  • AI helps candidates and companies create meaningful profiles.
  • Matching can include purpose and values as a basis for conversation.
  • AI coaching offers a confidential setting to explore options and prepare conversations.
  • AI does not automatically reject anyone. Suggestions remain correctable; people decide about contact and collaboration.
  • Personal mentoring complements digital guidance, while fractional services enable flexible collaboration.

European and regionally rooted

RheinTalent uses European Mistral models. According to the project, the application and data run on self-managed infrastructure in Germany. The platform grew from open collaboration in the EDIH.li SME Tools mastermind group.

A practical route into a regulated domain

Depending on its purpose, employment AI may fall under the EU AI Act’s high-risk rules. RheinTalent makes no blanket compliance claim. It demonstrates how data control, explainability, correction and human oversight can be built into a product from the outset.
