The real work starts after the survey
An annual survey captures one moment. It leaves the key questions unanswered: What do the scores mean? How does the team compare? Which action fits? And did it make a difference later?
The real work starts after the survey
An annual survey captures one moment. It leaves the key questions unanswered: What do the scores mean? How does the team compare? Which action fits? And did it make a difference later?
A cycle of measuring, understanding and acting
- The company defines its values and selects suitable measurement points.
- Employees complete short check-ins and surveys directly in Microsoft Teams.
- The dashboard shows aggregated team scores, comparisons and trends across days, weeks or months.
- The AI agent connects the organisation's measurements with the Culture Compass knowledge base.
- Teams receive benchmarks, practical insights and ideas for concrete action.
- New measurements show whether and how perceptions change after an intervention.
The Culture Compass becomes the AI knowledge base
The Culture Compass is based on a European study of more than 500 SMEs. It was developed with Erasmus University Rotterdam and involved more than twelve professors. The AI agent uses this knowledge base to place results in an industry and country context, add practical insights and propose suitable actions.
Data helps. People change culture.
Check-ins are anonymised and aggregated. Team leads and administrators cannot see individual responses. Results show perceptions and trends, but not their causes. The AI agent provides guidance and options. The team decides what fits its context.
